The Reliance Center™ offers an invaluable recovery resource that provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week phone and text access to our clinical staff. We call this service our Constant Care Connection™.  It is unique in the field of addiction treatment. Any day or night, weekday or weekend, our patients can call or text a special number and reach a counseling staff member. The service is not meant to be a substitute for regular counseling sessions. It is meant to help patients get through a tough day, a sleepless night, difficult situation at home, a long weekend, or just the need to talk with someone who cares. Communications with our on-call staff are documented and transmitted to the patient’s regular counselor for follow-up.
